(b) For any previously reviewed or investigated company not listed above, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published in the most recent period;

(c) The AD duty cash deposit rate for entries of subject merchandise exported/produced by Patagonik/CSR but not produced by Patagonik/CSR will continue to be the "all-others" rate of 30.24% or the rate applicable to the producer/exporter if so established; and

(d) If neither the exporter nor the manufacturer is a firm covered in this or any previous review conducted by the ITA, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the "all-others" rate from the AD investigation (30.24%).

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/01/04 - 12/31/05)

The ITA states that it will issue appropriate ad valorem assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) 15 days after April 17, 2007.

Additionally, the ITA states that it has calculated importer-specific assessment rates for subject merchandise, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rate listed above (which is a weighted average).

The ITA adds that for entries of the subject merchandise during the review period produced by companies included in these final results of review for which the reviewed companies did not know their merchandise was destined for the U.S., the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate unreviewed entries at the "all-others" rate if there is no rate for the intermediate company(ies) involved in the transaction. 1A recent law (Public Law 109-280) has suspended the option that previously allowed importers to post bond for estimated AD or countervailing (CV) duties until the completion of a new shipper review (except for those involving goods of Canada or Mexico). (See ITT's Online Archives or 08/22/06 news, 06082205, for BP summary.)
