The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a notice of availability and request for comments on draft advisory circulars, other policy documents, and proposed technical standard orders currently offered by Aviation Safety. The FAA states that these proposed non-regulatory documents are available for public comment at http://www.faa.gov/aircraft/draft_docs/. The FAA must receive comments on or before the due date for each document as specified on the Web site. 2. BIS' Information Systems TAC to Hold Partially Open Meetings

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has issued a notice announcing that the Information Systems Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will hold partially open meetings on February 27 and 28, 2007 in San Diego, CA. The agendas of the open sessions include discussion of graphics processors, high performance computer market in Asia, encryption, planning for comprehensive review of the Commerce Control List, and instrumentation. 3. ITA to Organize Clean Energy Technologies Trade Mission to India, China

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice announcing that it will organize a Clean Energy Technologies Trade Mission to India and China from April 18-25, 2007. The ITA states that the trade mission will target a broad range of clean energy technologies such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, clean coal, and distributed generation. The ITA states that recruitment will begin immediately and will close on March 19, 2007.
