2. AMS Determines that Potato and Mushroom Research and Promotion Orders Should Continue Without Change

The Department of Agriculture's Agriculture Marketing Service (AMS) has issued notices regarding its Section 610 reviews in which it determined that both the Potato Research and Promotion Program and the Mushroom Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Order should be continued without change. The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has issued a notice announcing that the Transportation and Related Equipment Technical Advisory Committee will be holding an open meeting on February 7, 2007 in Washington, DC. 4. Construction of Physical Barriers, Roads Along Arizona, Mexico Border

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a notice announcing that the Secretary of Homeland Security has determined that it is necessary to waive certain laws, regulations and other legal requirements in order to ensure the expeditious construction of physical barriers, roads, etc. in the vicinity of the international land border of the U.S. in southwestern Arizona as it is an area of high illegal entry. 5. BIS' Materials TAC to Hold Partially Open Meeting
