This list includes the license number, broker name, and port name associated with the licenses being cancelled.

(According to CBP, in accordance with 19 USC 1641(g) and 19 CFR 111.30(d), each broker must file a written status report and pay the corresponding fee of $100 every three years. In the model form posted to its web site, CBP emphasizes that a separate report and fee for each license should be mailed or filed with the port that originally issued the license. See ITT's Online Archives or 01/23/06 news, 06012320, for BP reminder and instructions on the triennial status report and fee due February 28, 2006.)

CBP has previously advised brokers to review this list to ascertain if their name appears on it.

In addition, brokers should contact CBP if they are listed and that listing is believed to be in error.
