Listing of ITC Notices and "Minor" ITA Notices
The International Trade Administration (ITA) frequently issues notices on antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty orders which Broker Power considers to be "minor" in importance as they concern actions that occur after an order is issued and neither announce nor cause any changes to an order's duty rates, scope, affected firms, or effective period. The ITA also issues other notices which Broker Power considers to be "minor."

In addition, the International Trade Commission (ITC) issues a number of AD, CV, patent, and other notices, most of which do not warrant a full summary.
Rather than summarizing such notices in a lengthier fashion, Broker Power is listing them for reference purposes, as follows (note the "Action Legend" at the end of the listing):
| ITA "Timken" notice that court decision is not in harmony with numerous aspects of the ITA's final results of the AD duty administrative review for subject merchandise from China for the period of March 26, 1997 through August 31, 1998. Accordingly, the ITA will continue to suspend liquidation of the subject merchandise pending the expiration of the period of appeal, or, if appealed, upon a final and conclusive court decision. In the event that the CIT's ruling is not appealed, or if appealed and upheld by the CIT, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to revise AD cash deposit rates and liquidate relevant entries covering the subject merchandise effective April 14, 2006. |
