CBP Posts April 2006 Customs Broker Exam and Answer Key (13.2% Pass Rate)

Pass Rate was 13.2%, No Questions Were Voided, Etc.
Sources have stated that the April 2006 Customs broker exam had a 13.2% pass rate. (The pass rate for the October 2005 exam was 4%.)
These sources indicate that approximately 1,200 persons took the April 2006 exam, roughly the same number as took the exam in October 2005.
According to the answer key and sources, the April 2006 exam did not have any problem questions (e.g., voided questions, etc.).
