(a) preliminary AD rate of zero
(b) preliminary AD de minimis rate of 0.01%
The ITA states that Jindal was formerly Jindal Polyester Limited.
The ITA preliminarily determines that adverse facts available (AFA) should be applied to Boorim, Dae Kyung, Dine, and Dosko because they declined to participate in this AD administrative review.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of April 10, 2006 (Korea) and April 12, 2006 (India).
