(a) preliminary de minimis CV duty rate of 0.05%
The ITA states that the noted CV duty rate, if finalized, will be applicable to subject merchandise exported by Nima and produced by any grower.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these CV duty administrative reviews.
