AD: China Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice amending its final affirmative antidumping (AD) duty determination for certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China as the Court of International Trade (CIT) has issued an order sustaining the ITA's second remand determination and all litigation in this matter has now concluded.

(According to the ITA, certain respondents had litigated various aspects of the September 2001 final determination for subject merchandise from China for the period of investigation of April 1, 2000 through September 30, 2000.)
The ITA states that pursuant to its second remand determination it will direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to require on or after November 17, 2005, the following revised AD cash deposit rates for the listed companies:
