CBP Posts October 2005 Customs Broker Exam and Answer Key (4% Pass Rate)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted to its Web site the October 2005 Customs broker exam and answer key.

Pass Rate was 4%, No Questions were Voided, Etc.

Sources have stated that the October 2005 Customs broker exam had a 4% pass rate, a decrease from the 5.8% pass rate for the April 2005 exam.

These sources indicate that approximately 1,200 persons took the April 2005 exam, down from the approximately 1,300 persons who took the April 2005 exam.

According to the answer key and sources, the October 2005 exam did not have any problem questions (e.g., voided questions, questions where credit was granted for more than one answer, etc.).
