Update on the CBP Forms That Are Available Online
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated its "Forms" Web page which list the CBP forms that are available online to include several additional forms (e.g., CBP 7501, CBP 823F, CBP 262, etc.).

CBP Forms on CBP's Web Page are Available in Print Only, Online, and/or Wizard Formats
According to CBP, forms are available in three possible formats:
Print only- produces an Acrobat PDF document that can be printed and completed off-line;
Online- allows electronic completion and printing of the form; and
Wizard - divides longer forms into panels or sections that can be completed one by one and then printed as one document.
CBP notes that the final output for all three formats is Acrobat PDF. Filled out forms are not able to be saved and opened later to be modified.

Serially Numbered CBP Forms Not Available Electronically
CBP states that serially numbered CBP forms (e.g. the CBP 5129, Crew Member's Declaration) are not available electronically, but copies of individual forms can be obtained in bulk by contacting CBP's Distribution Center via fax at (317) 290-3046. CBP states that local port offices should also have small quantities on hand for those who require only a few copies.
Printing
CBP states that forms previously printed in inks other than black may now be printed in black. Original forms with multiple components printed on color stock, must also be printed on color stock. Procedures for submitting forms have not changed.
