(a) sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay $8,000 in restitution
(b) Valtex was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay a $250,000 criminal fine. Alexanyan was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to pay a $12,000 criminal fine. Valtex and Alexanyan had previously agreed to pay administrative penalties of $77,000 and $88,000, respectively.
In addition, this company must perform an audit of its internal compliance program.
