Preliminary Results of AD Duty Administrative Reviews

The China-wide entity includes: Suzhou Fine Chemicals Group Co.; Tianjin Changjie Chemical Co., Ltd.; Kaifeng Xinghua Fine Chemical Factory; Tianjin North Food; and Beta Udyog Ltd.

(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.09%

(b) preliminary AD duty rate of zero

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of August 4, 2005 (Chile) and August 8, 2005 (China).
