AD: China Brake Rotors and Automotive Replacement Glass Windshields
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews of the following items from China:

AD duty new shipper review. A bond or other security may continue to be posted in lieu of an AD cash deposit, until the final results are in effect.
The China-wide rate includes mandatory respondents Shangdong Huanri (Group) General Company and Qingdao Rotec Auto Parts Co., Ltd. which failed to qualify for a separate rate.

According to ITA sources, in addition to the two above-listed Pilkington JV companies, Shanghai Yaohua Pilkington Auto Glass Co., Ltd. and Guilin Pilkington Safety Glass Co., Ltd. are also considered Pilkington JVs. ITA sources explain that Pilkington only requested that Changchun and Wuhan be included in the AD duty administrative review; however, all four Pilkington JV companies will receive the resulting AD cash deposit rate from the final results of this administrative review.
(a) these companies have preliminary de minimis AD rates (CNIM: 0.49%, Hongfa: 0.05%, LABEC: 0.17%, Laizhou Hongda: 0.08%, Longkou Haimeng: 0.23%, Longkou TLC: 0.06%, Gren: 0.18%)
(b) preliminary AD duty rate of zero
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews and AD duty new shipper review, which are currently due within 120 days of May 9, 2005.
