American Shipper reports that in a March 8, 2005 letter, the National Council on International Trade Development (NCITD) asked U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP's) Director of the Office of Trade Relations to invigorate CBP's export department and fill the vacant export program officer position at CBP Headquarters. 2. ITC to Review AD Injury for India, Thailand Shrimp (due to Tsunami)

The International Trade Commission (ITC) has issued a press release stating that it will conduct changed circumstances reviews of its January 2005 final affirmative antidumping (AD) injury determinations regarding imports of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India and Thailand in light of the December 2004 tsunami. 3. USTR Seeks Comments on Interim Environmental Review of Oman FTA

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has issued a notice on behalf of the Trade Policy Staff Committee (TPSC) seeking comments on the interim environmental review of the proposed U.S.-Oman Free Trade Agreement (FTA).
