AD: Argentina Honey
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of honey from Argentina for the period of December 1, 2002 through November 30, 2003.

(a) The ITA has determined that a final AD duty rate of zero exists; as a result, no AD cash deposit is required, but liquidation will remain suspended;
(b) The ITA has determined that a final de minimis AD duty rate of 0.38% exists; as a result, no AD cash deposit is required, but liquidation will remain suspended;
(c) For previously reviewed producers and exporters with separate rates, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate established for the most recent period for which they were reviewed; and
(d) The AD cash deposit rate for all other producers and/or exporters shall continue to be 30.24%, the "all others" rate.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/01/02 - 11/30/03)
The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of April 15, 2005.
The ITA also states that the AD assessment rates are importer-specific, and according to trade sources, may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rates listed above.
