The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to terminate the suspension of liquidation and AD duty deposit requirements for subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after February 28, 2005. The ITA explains that entries of subject merchandise prior to February 28, 2005 will continue to be subject to the suspension of liquidation and AD duty deposit requirements.
The ITA adds that it will complete any pending administrative reviews of these AD duty orders and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise with a time of entry prior to February 28, 2005 in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
(See ITA notice for more information, including supplementary information on merchandise subject to these AD duty orders, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 01/04/05 news, 05010440, for BP summary of the ITA and ITC initiation of these five-year sunset reviews.)
