These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews which are currently due within 120 days of March 10, 2005 for subject heavy forged hand tools from China and within 120 days of March 7, 2005 for certain forged stainless steel flanges from India.

Intent to Revoke AD Duty Order for Viraj Forgings, Ltd.

The ITA states that it preliminarily determines that subject merchandise produced and exported by Viraj Forgings Ltd. qualifies for revocation of the AD duty order on certain forged stainless steel flanges from India.
