AD: Italy Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip in Coils
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has amended the final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from France for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 in order to correct a ministerial error in its final margin calculation for TKAST.

For shipments with a time of entry on or after March 17, 2005, suspension of liquidation will continue at the revised AD cash deposit rate (weighted-average margin) listed below:

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (07/01/02 - 06/30/03)
The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of March 17, 2005.
