AD: China Chlorinated Isocyanurates

The International Trade Administration (ITA) is amending its preliminary affirmative antidumping (AD) duty determination on chlorinated isocyanurates from China in order to correct significant ministerial errors with respect to Jiheng.

Amended Preliminary Affirmative AD Duty Determi

As a result of the corrections for Jiheng, the Section A respondents' rate is also being amended.

It is expected that the ITA will direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to continue to suspend liquidation of all imports of chlorinated isocyanurates from China.

In addition, CBP is expected to require a cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the below amended or unchanged AD rates (equal to the weighted-average margin) for entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after February 24, 2005, as follows:
