The Washington Trade Daily (WTD) reports that a coalition of U.S. orange juice producers has filed an antidumping (AD) petition against alleged dumped orange juice concentrate from Brazil. The petition contends that both frozen concentrated orange juice and not-from-concentrate orange juice have been dumped in the U.S. during the past year by Brazilian importers at prices below European prices and their own costs of production. 2. OFAC Final Rule Adds General License for Certain Publishing Activities for Cuban, Sudan, and Iran

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued a final rule which revises the Cuban Assets Control Regulations, the Sudanese Sanctions Regulations, and the Iranian Transactions Regulations to add general licenses pertaining to certain publishing activities, effective December 17, 2004. 3. ATF Publishes 2004 List of Regulated Explosive Materials

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) has published its 2004 List of Explosive Materials (consisting of explosives, blasting agents, and detonators) that are defined as explosive materials under 18 USC 841. According to ATF, this list is unchanged from the March 2004 version of this list. 4. FMC Revokes OTI Licenses

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has announced that it has revoked the following ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) licenses, effective on the corresponding dates shown below:
