AD: Spain Chlorinated Isocyanurates

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has made a preliminary affirmative antidumping (AD) duty determination that chlorninated isocyanurates from Spain are being, or are likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

Preliminary Affirmative Antidumping Duty Determination

As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation for all imports of subject merchandise from Spain with a time of entry on or after December 20, 2004.

The ITA states that it will also instruct CBP to require a cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the AD rate (equal to the weighted average margin) listed below, for imports of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after December 20, 2004:

Postponement of Final AD Duty Determination

The ITA states that it is postponing the final AD duty determination for subject merchandise from Spain until no later than 135 days after December 20, 2004.
