(a) The ITA has determined that a preliminary AD duty rate of zero exists.
(b) The ITA has determined that a de minimis preliminary AD duty rate of 0.01% exists.
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of December 7, 2004 (Germany) and December 8, 2004 (Brazil).
