responded to several questions Markey asked Powell about ADA application to USF, to which Markey said it was clear that Congress needed to act “quickly to minimize the damage” the policy change would create. Powell told Markey that the Commission didn’t believe there was or would be any risk that USF programs -- including E-rate -- wouldn’t meet their funding requirements.
