Senate Passes Conference Version of Miscellaneous Trade Bill (Measure Cleared for White House)

On November 19, 2004, the Senate passed the conference version of H.R. 1047, the Miscellaneous Trade and Technical Corrections Act.

In addition, the conference version of H.R. 1047 has also been cleared for the White House. (The House passed the conference version of H.R. 1047 on October 8, 2004.)

these provisions were not included in either the initial House or Senate versions of H.R. 1047, but were newly added to the conference version of H.R. 1047.
