AD: China Certain Non-Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of certain non-frozen apple juice concentrate from China for the period of June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003.

The ITA has collapsed Gansu Tongda and its affiliates Tongda Fruit Juice and Beverage Liquan Co., Ltd. and Tongda Fruit Juice & Beverage Binxian Co., Ltd. into one entity for purposes of this AD duty administrative review.
(a) A final de minimis AD rate of 0.03% has been determined for Gansu Tongda and its affiliates. Liquidation will remain suspended, but the AD cash deposit rate will be zero.
(b) For previously-reviewed China and non-China exporters with separate rates, the AD cash deposit rate will be the company-specific rate established for the most recent period during which they were reviewed.
(c) For all other China exporters, the AD cash deposit rate will be the China country-wide rate, which is 51.74%
(d) For all other non-China exporters of subject merchandise from China, the AD cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.
Termination of Deferral of Review for Four Companies
The ITA states that it is terminating an earlier deferral of the AD duty administrative review that was granted for the period of June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003 for the following four companies: Yantai Oriental Juice Co., Ltd.; SDIC Zhonglu Fruit Juice Co., Ltd.; Sanmenxia Lakeside Fruit Juice Co., Ltd.; and Shaanxi Haisheng Fresh Fruit Juice Co., Ltd., as these four companies were subsequently excluded from the order.
Assessment Instructions for Review Period (06/01/02 - 05/31/03)
The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate all appropriate entries without regard to AD duties. The ITA will issue appropriate assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days of November 10, 2004.
