AD: Turkey Certain Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bars
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of certain steel concrete reinforcing bars from Turkey for the period of April 1, 2002 through March 31, 2003.

(a) A final de minimis rate of 0.38% has been determined for Diler and a final rate of zerohas been determined for ICDAS. For these companies, no AD cash deposit will be required, but liquidation will remain suspended;
(b) For previously investigated companies not listed above, the AD cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(c) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, or the original AD duty investigation, but the producer is, the AD cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the producer of the merchandise; and
(d) The cash deposit rate for all other producers or exporters will continue to be 16.06%, the all others rate.
ITA Determines Not to Revoke AD Duty Order for ICDAS
The ITA states that it has determined not to revoke the AD duty order with respect to ICDAS.
Assessment Instructions for Review Period (04/01/02 - 03/31/03)
The ITA will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise from Turkey. The ITA adds that it will issue appraisement instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of November 8, 2004.
