OFAC Lists General Licenses for Cuba, Burma, and Western Balkans Sanctions Programs

The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published in the Federal Register the general licenses that have been issued in the Cuba, Burma, and Western Balkans sanctions programs.

According to OFAC, these general licenses authorize certain transactions that are otherwise prohibited by the sanctions programs administered by OFAC.
