ITA Preliminarily Determines Richelain Should be Excluded from CV Duty Order
According to the ITA, as a result of its calculation of a zero individual subsidy rate, it has preliminarily determined that Richelain Farms should be excluded from the CV duty order.
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of this CV duty administrative review.
