AD: Taiwan Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan for the period of May 1, 2002 to April 30, 2003.

AD Cash Deposit Rates for a Time of Entry On/After 09/30/04

(a) For previously-reviewed producers and exporters with separate rates, the AD cash deposit rates will be the company-specific AD rates established for the most recent period for which they were reviewed; and
(b) For all other producers and exporters, the rate will be 9.70%, the "all others" rate established in the original AD investigation.
Assessment Instructions for Review Period (05/01/02 - 04/30/03)
The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate entries of the subject merchandise during the review period that are from the above-listed companies at the calculated per-unit importer-specific assessment rates (unless the importer-specific assessment rate is zero or de minimis (i.e. less than 0.50%), in which case liquidation will occur without regard to AD duties).
