As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to revise the AD cash deposit rate (based on a revised AD margin) for Nan Ya, effective for entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after September 29, 2004.
Amended AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry on or after 09/29/04:
Company | Amended AD Rate |
Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, Ltd. (Nan Ya) | 1.94% (from 2.02%) |
Correction to Text of Notice for "All Others" Rate
In addition, the ITA is correcting an inadvertent error in the text of its final results notice, in order to correctly indicate that the "All Others" rate is 2.40% (and not 2.56% as was listed in the final results).
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/21/01 - 06/30/03)
The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate entries of the subject merchandise during the review period that are from the above-listed company at the calculated AD assessment rates (unless an importer-specific assessment rate is zero or de minimis (i.e., less than 0.50%), in which case liquidation will occur without regard to AD duties, etc.).
(See ITA notice for additional information, including the scope of the review. See ITT's Online Archives or 08/18/04 news, 04081825 for BP summary of the final results.)
