(b) Viraj has an AD rate of zero and is exempt from the collection of cash deposits due to its revocation from this AD duty order.

(c) For previously investigated companies not listed above, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period.

(d) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, or the original investigation, but the producer is, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the producer of the merchandise.

(e) The cash deposit rate for all other producers or exporters will continue to be 12.45%, the "all others" rate established in the original investigation.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/02 - 01/31/03)

The ITA states that it has calculated importer-specific assessment rates for Venus and Viraj, for those sales with a reported entered value. The ITA also states that it will instruct CBP to liquidate without regard to AD duties any entries for which the assessment rate is de minimis (i.e., less than 0.50%).

With respect to Chandan, Isibars and Jyoti, the ITA states that it will instruct CBP to liquidate entries at the rates indicated above.

The ITA further states that it will issue appraisement instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of September 14, 2004.
