1The ITA states that Corticella and Combattenti are both producers of subject merchandise and are owned by the same holding company, Euricom S.p.A.
2The ITA states that during the first period of review (calendar year 2002), Pasta Zara 2 was named Societa per Azioni Pasta Guilia S.p.A.; on September 9, 2002 the company changed its name to Pasta Zara 2.
3The ITA states that Lensi is the successor in interest to Italian American Pasta Company (IAPC) Italia S.r.l. (See ITT's Online Archives or 07/22/03 news, 03072235, for BP summary of the applicable changed circumstances review.)
4The ITA states that Di Nola purchased Pastificio Carmine Russo S.p.A. di Cicciano (Cicciano) in December 2001, after which time Cicciano ceased to exist and the newly acquired company was legally reconstituted as Russo.
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these CV duty administrative reviews.
