CV Final Determination Aligned with AD Final Determination
The ITA states that at the request of petitioners, the ITA is also aligning the final determination in this CV duty investigation with the final determination in the companion antidumping (AD) duty investigation, which if a CV order is issued, may result in a "gap" in the CV duty liability period.
