The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the antidumping (AD) duty new shipper review of brake rotors from China for the period of April 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003.

As a result, the ITA states that bonding is no longer permitted to fulfill security requirements for shipments of brake rotors from China that are manufactured and exported by Shenyang Yinghao Machinery Co., Ltd. with a time of entry on or after August 25, 2004.
For shipments with a time of entry on or after August 25, 2005, the ITA has determined the following AD cash deposit rate (equal to the weighted average margin percentage) listed below:

(a) final AD rate of zero; however, suspension of liquidation will continue.
(b) for subject merchandise exported by Shenyang Yinghao but not produced by it, the AD cash deposit rate will continue to be the China-wide rate of 43.32%.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (04/01/03 - 09/30/03)
According to the ITA, it will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of August 25, 2004.
