(CLC) and Corticella/Combattenti are affiliated, then CLC could receive Corticella/Combattenti's AD rate.

(b) preliminary de minimis AD rate of 0.30% as both producer and exporter
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews which are currently due within 90 days of July 28, 2004 (China), and 120 days of August 6, 2004 (Italy).
Intent to Revoke Pasta AD Duty Order With Respect to Ferrara
The ITA states that it preliminarily intends to revoke the AD duty order with respect to certain pasta from Italy both produced and exported by Ferrara.
