Countervailing Duty Order Revoked

The ITA states that it is revoking this order because the net CV subsidy is likely to be de minimis and that revocation of the CV duty order would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy.

Based on this ITA finding, the International Trade Commission (ITC) issued its termination of the five-year sunset review of the CV duty order on stainless steel wire rod from Italy.

(See ITA and ITC notices for more information, including the scope of the review. See ITT's Online Archives or 08/06/03 news, 03080645 for BP summary of the initiation of this CV duty five-year sunset review.)
