1 The ITA states that for purposes of this AD duty administrative review it has preliminarily determined that U & A Belgium is the successor to ALZ, N.V. and its affiliate Arcelor International America, Inc. (ALZ).
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews which are currently due within 120 days of June 10, 2004.
Intent to Revoke AD Duty Order for Keon Baek
The ITA states that it preliminarily finds that Keon Baek qualifies for revocation of the AD duty order on subject merchandise from South Korea pursuant to 19 CFR 351.222(b)(2) and that the order with respect to merchandise produced and exported by Keon Baek should be revoked.
