The ITA has previously indicated that these six companies are based in Hong Kong.
The ITA has previously stated that the China-wide rate applies to all entries of subject merchandise except for entries from the exporters/producers that are identified individually above.
(a) These two companies have revised de minimis AD rates, Hang Lung: 0.20% (from 0.12%), and Bee Lian: 0.91% (from 0.14%); suspension of liquidation and AD cash deposits or the posting of a bond will continue to not be required
(b) TPBG now has a de minimis AD rate 0.62% (from 2.84%). Since TPBG's rate was not de minimis in the preliminary determination, suspension of liquidation as well as AD cash deposit and bonding requirements will now be discontinued.
