1 The ITA states that Pilkington North America, Changchun Pilkington Safety Glass Company Limited, Guilin Pilkington Safety Glass Company Limited, Shanghai Yaohua Pilkington Autoglass Company Limited, and Wuhan Yaohua Pilkington Safety Glass Company Limited are collectively Pilkington.
2 The ITA states that Peaceful City, a Hong-Kong company and 100% owner of Kongwan, is the exporter of subject merchandise which is produced by Kongwan.
3 The ITA states that Diler Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret A.S., Yazici Demir Celik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., and Diler Dis Ticaret A.S. are collectively Diler.
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews which are currently due within 120 days of May 7, 2004 (China) and May 5, 2004 (Turkey).
ITA Preliminarily Determines Not to Revoke AD Duty Order with Respect to ICDAS
The ITA states that it preliminarily determines that ICDAS does not qualify for revocation of the AD duty order on certain steel concrete reinforcing bars from Turkey.
