Final Results AD Duty Changed Circumstances Review

As a result, the ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to continue to liquidate, without regard to AD duties, subject merchandise both produced and exported by Stelco Group.

For all subject merchandise produced but not exported by the Stelco Group, the ITA states that it will instruct CBP to collect an AD cash deposit rate established for that exporter, or if the exporter does not have its own rate, the "all others" rate of 8.11%.

The ITA further states that for the period prior to May 7, 2004, it will instruct CBP to liquidate any entries of subject merchandise produced by Steclo Group, regardless of exporter, without regard to AD duties.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the review. See ITT's Online Archives or 03/02/04 news, 04030240 for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty changed circumstances review.)
