(a) For previously reviewed China and non-China exporters with separate rates, the cash deposit rate will be the company-specific rate established for the most recent period.
(b) For all other non-China exporters of the subject merchandise, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/10/01 - 11/30/02)
The ITA states that it will determine, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of May 5, 2004.
