FDA Announces New Versions of PNSI Which Contain Additional Features
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a notice announcing new features that were added to its Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI), as well as features that are scheduled to be added to the system.

The FDA's announcement concerns Version 1.1, which was released on February 29, 2004 and Version 1.2, which is scheduled to be released on May 8, 2004. In addition to these versions, FDA sources have stated that the FDA plans to issue new Versions of PNSI periodically in the future so as to incorporate new features and fix problems that have been identified.
FDA sources state that when a user logs onto PNSI, they will automatically access the most up-to-date version of PNSI. These sources noted that there should be no system compatibility issues with new versions of PNSI.
Highlights of Upcoming PNSI Version 1.2 as Well as PNSI Version 1.1
The FDA has announced that Version 1.2 is expected to change or add the following features (partial list):
Web Entry summary confirmation can be printed, saved, or emailed in PDF format |
