The ITA states that it is rescinding this combination from the AD duty new shipper review because Nanning Runchao withdrew its request for review and no other party has objected to its withdrawal of that request.
Bonding Will No Longer Be Permitted (AD Cash Deposit Rate Reinstated)
As a result of this rescission, the ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that for AD duty purposes, bonding (in lieu of a cash deposit) will no longer be permitted to fulfill security requirements for shipments of certain preserved mushrooms from China exported by Nanning Runchao and produced by Guangxi Yizhou that have a time of entry on or after April 23, 2004.
In addition, the ITA states that the China-wide AD duty rate of 198.63% will still apply for subject merchandise exported by Nanning Runchao and produced by Guangxi Yizhou for the review period and beyond.
(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order. See ITT's Online Archives or 10/10/03 news, (Ref: 03101035) for BP summary of the initiation notice.)
