The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has issued a notice stating that, effective April 23, 2004, the above-listed Nepal quotas were increased to reflect Nepal's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). (CITA notes that the limit for Cat 369S was previously increased for carryover in a February 6, 2004 Federal Register notice.
