1 Only the 2002 final results CV rate will affect the CV cash deposit rate for subject merchandise on and after the publication of the final results of this CV duty administrative review.
2 According to the ITA, the 2002 final results will not affect entries from February 20, 2002 through June 26, 2002, as suspension of liquidation for CV purposes was not in effect during this time period. (See ITT's Online Archives or 02/22/02 news, (Ref: 02022230) for BP summary containing slightly different start date.)
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD and CV duty administrative reviews.
Pure Magnesium from Canada AD Liquidation Affected by NAFTA Panel Review
The ITA also states that pending the final disposition of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) panel review, it will not order the liquidation of entries of pure magnesium from Canada exported by NHCI on or after August 1, 2000, at this time. The ITA states that liquidation will occur following the final judgment in the NAFTA panel appeals process.
