Assessment of AD Duties for the Review Period (08/01/01 - 07/31/02)
According to the ITA, it will determine, and CBP will assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA also states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of April 19, 2004.
