According to the ITA, it will determine, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) shall assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries.

The ITA states that it has calculated exporter/importer-specific assessment rates and in situations in which the importer-specific assessment rate is above de minimis, it will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on each of that importer's entries of subject merchandise.

The ITA also states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days of April 9, 2004.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the review and five previous scope exclusions. See ITT's Online Archives or 01/22/04 news, 04012240 for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty new shipper review.
