(b) For previously reviewed producers and exporters with separate rates, the cash deposit rate will be the company-specific rate established for the most recent period for which they were reviewed.

(c) For all other producers and exporters, the rate will be 3.86%, the "all others" rate established in the original investigation.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (05/03/01 - 10/31/02)

The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of April 13, 2004.
