Visa Requirements for Textiles and Apparel Manufactured in Poland are Cancelled Effective May 1, 2004
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued notices announcing that effective May 1, 2004, the existing textile and apparel visa requirements for Poland are being canceled. CBP states that on May 1, 2004, it will no longer deny the entry of textiles and apparel manufactured in Poland that are not accompanied by a visa.

According to CBP, the textile and apparel categories affected by the cancellation of visa requirements are cats 335, 338/339, 410, 433, 434, 435, 443, 611, and 645/646.
Poland Textile & Apparel Quotas Unaffected by Cancellation of Visa Requirement
CBP emphasizes that the cancellation of Poland's visa requirements does not affect the quotas on cats 335, 338/339, 410, 433, 434, 435, 443, 611, and 645/646, which will remain in effect through December 31, 2004.
